Voluntary Conservation Program Grants 2024/25

Submissions closed at midnight 2 September 2024 (AEST).

Welcome to the City of Moreton Bay's online grant application service, powered by SmartyGrants.

This application can be started at anytime. Applications will progress to assessment when submitted by midnight on Monday 2 September 2024. You will be notified of the outcome approximately 4 weeks later.

You will need to refer to the Voluntary Conservation Partnerships Grant Guidelines and Conditions while completing this form.

City of Moreton Bay cannot accept applications from individuals and organisations that have overdue acquittals or debts with Council. Before continuing this application, it is important to check your or your organisation's SmartyGrants User Account, and any other SmartyGrants accounts connected with you or your organisation, to ensure there are no overdue acquittals.

Supporting documents needed for this application:

  • Quotes for expenditure items costing $200 and over.
  • Diagram or map of your project area.

Completing an application in a group or team: A number of people can work on an application using the same log-in details. We strongly recommend that you use a shared email address, like info@yourcompany.org.au. But make sure only one person is working on an application at a time. If two people are working on the same form at the same time, it will only save the progress of one person and someone may lose some work.

Submitting your application: You are strongly encouraged to submit your completed application before the designated closing date. This is to allow sufficient time to review any incomplete or incorrectly formatted answers. You will find a review and submit button at the bottom of the Navigation Panel. You need to review your application before you can submit it. You will not be able to submit your application until all the compulsory questions are completed and there are no validation errors. Once you have submitted your application, no further editing or uploading of support materials is possible.

Once submitted you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your application attached. This will be sent to the email address registered on the SmartyGrants user account. If you do not receive this confirmation email, you should presume that your application has not been submitted. Hint: also check the email hasn't landed in your spam or junk folder.
