RADF Creative City Grant - 2024/25 Round 1

This grant will be open from 1 to 30 September 2024 (closes at midnight).

You will need to refer to the Regional Arts Development Fund Grants Program Guidelines while completing this form.

City of Moreton Bay cannot accept applications from organisations or individuals that have overdue acquittals or debts with Council. Before continuing this application, check your SmartyGrants user account, and any other SmartyGrants accounts connected with you, to ensure you have no overdue acquittals.

Supporting information and attachments must be saved to your desktop, or external device, before uploading to the Form. Please ensure that all support material is clearly labelled with Document name- Applicant name. For example, Performance video - Dance for Life. Files can be up to 25MB each; however, we recommend keeping them under 5MB – the larger the file, the longer the upload time. When uploading multiple documents, wait for each file to upload before trying to attach another file.

For this application you will need;

• A current CV for all artists, creative practitioners and cultural workers involved in the project.
• Support material, as evidence of selected career stage (individual applicants only).
• Quotes for all expenditure items. These must be provided by a supplier that can issue a receipt for their goods/ services.
• Financials, most recent audited or verified statements (organisations only).
• Letters of support from creative professionals and collaborators, arts and cultural organisations, and/or members of your project’s intended target audiences or participants, that speak to the proposed project as well as the applicant’s creative practice and skills. These must be dated and include the contact details of the author.

Completing an application in a group or team. A number of people can work on an application using the same log-in details. We strongly recommend that you use a shared email address, like info@yourcompany.org.au.  Make sure only one person is working on an application at a time. If two people are working on the same form at the same time, it will only save the progress of one person and someone may lose some work.

Submitting your application. There is a review and submit button at the bottom of the Navigation Panel. You need to review your application before you can submit it. You will not be able to submit your application until all compulsory questions are completed and there are no validation errors. Once submitted you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your application attached. This will be sent to the email address registered on the SmartyGrants user account. If you do not receive this confirmation email then you should presume your application has not been submitted. Hint: also check the email hasn't landed in your spam or junk email folder.
